5 star, luxury and very spacious b&b near Derby and within easy drive of the Peak District The accommodation is situated in the original part of the farmhouse, and therefore has its own private staircase leading to a 30ft x 18ft en-suite. We can offer super kingsize or twin beds. There is a seating area where you can enjoy the views of the farm fields and our garden. The room also provides tea/coffee tray, flat screen television/DVD, radio alarm clock, hairdryer, walk in wardrobe with ironing board and iron. Breakfast is usually served from 7.00am to 9.30am unless otherwise requested, in your own private sitting /dining room, which guests have exclusive use of during their stay. During the colder months, there is always an additional welcoming heat from the log burner! We received a Breakfast Award in 2010 from the Tourist Board and pride ourselves by offering locally sourced produce and fresh eggs from our farm. Prices:
